Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with expertise in online bidding to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to secure website development and social media management projects by leveraging freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, Guru, and others. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities, crafting customized proposals, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed projects. This position offers close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and the achievement of monthly acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively bid on relevant projects across multiple online freelancing platforms.
- Develop tailored, professional proposals that align with client requirements and project scopes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with potential clients to fully understand their needs and expectations.
- Follow up persistently on leads to convert them into confirmed and ongoing projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless handover and project initiation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all bids submitted, client communications, and project outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition, contributing directly to business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in online bidding, lead generation, or a similar business development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and engage clients professionally.
- Strong understanding of web development and social media management services to effectively assess project requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
