Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to develop original and engaging scripts for YouTube videos spanning multiple genres such as entertainment, storytelling, infotainment, and lifestyle. The writer must create content optimized for video consumption, incorporating essential elements like hooks, pacing, calls-to-action, and other engagement strategies to maximize viewer retention.

Collaboration is key in this role. The scriptwriter will work closely with directors, editors, and marketing teams to ensure that the tone, style, and messaging of each script align perfectly with the brand’s voice and vision. Scripts will often require revisions based on feedback and performance data, so the ability to refine and polish content is essential.

Required Qualifications
