Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and adaptable Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to independently plan, shoot, and edit compelling short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role demands a self-starter who can manage the entire content creation lifecycle—from initial concept development to final editing—while ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Capture high-quality video footage using smartphones or professional camera equipment, depending on the project requirements.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, incorporating captions, effects, and transitions to maximize viewer engagement.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and creatively integrate them into brand content to maintain relevance and audience interest.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content supports overall marketing strategies and messaging objectives.
- Publish content with appropriate captions, hashtags, and formatting tailored to each platform’s best practices.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future content effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in content creation and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing platform-optimized video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CapCut.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement techniques across multiple platforms.
- Ability to independently manage projects from ideation through to final delivery while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and confidently representing the brand in video content when required.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lahore, specifically at DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue near Neon Square. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office or plan to relocate to Lahore before starting. The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000.
