Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Machine Operators with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The successful candidates will have hands-on expertise in operating blister machines, rotary tablet compression machines, and coating equipment. This full-time role is based near Central Park, approximately 28 km along Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Candidates must be capable of independently managing machine operations and performing technical tasks related to pharmaceutical packaging lines, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate blister machines, rotary tablet compression machines, and coating equipment to meet production targets.
- Perform machine changeovers, including adjusting digits and setting up packaging materials such as PVC and alu-alu.
- Independently manage blister machine operations to maintain continuous production flow and minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues during shifts to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to comply with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience operating pharmaceutical packaging machinery, specifically blister and rotary tablet compression machines.
- Proven ability to perform changeover procedures and set up different packaging materials, including PVC and alu-alu.
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems is advantageous for troubleshooting and machine maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working with China 140, Rizwan 260 alu-alu, and Rizwan 260 PVC machines is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
