UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

In this role, you will work closely with developers and play a pivotal role in shaping impactful digital products. Your primary responsibility will be designing landing pages and websites that align with business objectives while emphasizing user-centered design principles. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for landing pages, websites, and mobile applications using Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Oversee design projects from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables maintain consistency and meet client goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys to stakeholders and development teams.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to continuously enhance the overall user experience.
- (Bonus) Apply skills in Adobe Creative Suite to further refine and elevate design outputs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in Figma for crafting high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs130,000 to Rs140,000.
