Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Digital Marketing & E-commerce to lead and integrate our brand-building efforts across all digital platforms. This strategic role requires a forward-thinking professional who can drive online sales, manage digital advertising campaigns, oversee our e-commerce presence, and supervise content and creative development. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strong performance marketing skills to elevate brand visibility and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
You will be responsible for managing the company’s presence on all e-commerce channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces such as Daraz, Pakwheels, and Amazon. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to boost product visibility, enhance conversion rates, and increase online revenue. Collaboration with external partners or developers to improve website functionality and user experience will also be essential.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
You will plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Monitoring key campaign metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA will be critical to making data-driven decisions that improve outcomes. Efficient management of advertising budgets to maximize return on ad spend and achieve targeted goals is expected. Additionally, you will incorporate SEO best practices to enhance organic search performance on the company website.
Content & Creative Oversight
Leading the in-house content and graphic design teams will be a core responsibility. You will oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content for digital campaigns, e-commerce listings, social media channels, and the company website. Approving creative briefs, visual assets, and content calendars to ensure consistency with brand standards will be part of your daily tasks. Managing influencer collaborations and content production for social media platforms will also fall under your purview.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related discipline. A proven track record of 3 to 5 years in managing e-commerce operations and digital advertising campaigns is essential. Strong knowledge of branding, digital platforms, and content creation workflows is required. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, particularly creative teams, is important. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies is necessary. Excellent communication and project management skills are also key.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce is highly desirable. Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with digital marketing and design tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
