Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, focusing specifically on the Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that address client needs effectively. This position requires close collaboration with the marketing team to develop impactful strategies, conducting thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time role based in Karachi, offering a competitive starting salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the Healthcare sector to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design and implement strategies that effectively target key audiences and drive sales growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about current industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our products and services.
- Consistently achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.
- Generate regular reports detailing sales activities, progress, and forecasts to keep management informed and support strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven sales experience with 1-2 years of demonstrated success, preferably in a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Adaptability and resilience to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare Equipment sales is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; fluency in both English and Urdu is considered an advantage.
- The role is based in Karachi, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs40,000.
