Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing and briefing them on various real estate projects available at Scheme 33.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately assess property values, ensuring clients receive reliable and up-to-date information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits for interested clients, facilitating a seamless experience from inquiry to property viewing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships, address queries, and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
- Document all call details, lead information, and progress updates meticulously within the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Provide clients with relevant insights about properties, current market trends, and company services to support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preference.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in the real estate sector is required, demonstrating familiarity with market dynamics and client engagement.
- Strong ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
