Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and developing applications using Spring Boot and Python, with specialized expertise in microservices architecture. This role involves active engagement in gathering software requirements, writing clean and efficient code, debugging, and maintaining services to fulfill customer expectations. The candidate should thrive in Agile/Scrum environments and demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing software requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives. Developing, revising, debugging, updating, and refactoring code to uphold high standards of quality and performance will be a core part of your responsibilities. Conducting peer code reviews will ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Mentorship is a vital aspect of this role, as you will guide team members on development best practices and architectural design principles. Maintaining thorough documentation throughout the development lifecycle is essential for transparency and knowledge sharing.

A strong understanding of application architecture and design will enable you to contribute to scalable and maintainable solutions. You will lead delivery teams, managing end-to-end project delivery and ensuring milestones are met on time. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently will require sound problem-solving skills.

Finally, fostering a collaborative “one team” culture is important, promoting positive team dynamics and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience designing and developing applications using Spring Boot and Python, with a focus on microservices architecture. A solid understanding of cloud platforms and services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, REST APIs, Docker, ECS, Fargate, and Elastic Beanstalk is required.

Proficiency with relational databases like DB2, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other RDBMS is essential. Strong skills in creating data models based on business requirements are expected. Experience working in Agile/Scrum-managed projects is necessary, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

Expertise with source control management tools, particularly GitHub, is required. Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation (CFT), Terraform, Terragrunt, and security scanning tools like Veracode is highly valued. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, AWS DevOps, or GitHub Actions is also important.

Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting abilities and a deep understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools. Proven leadership skills with experience managing delivery teams and driving projects to successful completion are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to articulate technical concepts effectively. A positive attitude toward learning new technologies and continuous professional growth is highly desirable.
