Call Center Representative

Job Summary
Herbiotics Health Care, a prominent nutraceutical brand in Pakistan, is looking to hire motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents. This role is integral to the company’s customer engagement and sales efforts, focusing on assisting customers with inquiries related to health and wellness products. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed orders while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer questions and provide comprehensive information about Herbiotics’ range of health and wellness products.
- Effectively convert potential leads into confirmed sales orders by using strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls and follow-up activities, to ensure consistent engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term trust in the Herbiotics brand.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months’ experience working in a call center environment, ideally within the health or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu, with a basic understanding of English.
- A confident and polite demeanor paired with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in the health or FMCG industry will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs28,000.
