Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for effectively communicating with C-suite executives through cold calling and outbound calls. You will employ persistent follow-up strategies to qualify leads and convert them into actionable business opportunities. Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently is a core part of this role, contributing directly to the company’s overall sales growth.
Managing multiple tasks efficiently and adhering to deadlines is essential. You will generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online research. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying potential new clients, will be critical to your success. Additionally, managing the sales pipeline to meet and surpass sales and revenue goals is a key responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. Experience in outbound call centers is highly preferred, with a minimum of three years being ideal; however, fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves regular communication with international clients.
