Content Writer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with 1 to 2 years of experience, specializing in e-commerce content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content that aligns with our marketing goals and enhances the overall customer experience. This role involves writing product descriptions, category and landing page content, as well as blog posts that effectively connect with our target audience and drive conversions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahria Town, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling, customer-centric product descriptions, category content, and landing pages that reflect the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Write informative and engaging blog posts and articles to support the broader content marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and SEO teams to review and optimize existing content, ensuring it meets SEO best practices.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce and SEO to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
- Support content creation for email marketing campaigns and social media posts as required.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing content created for online stores or product-based websites.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to seamlessly incorporate them into written content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen ability to balance SEO requirements with user intent.
- High attention to detail and a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the capability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
