Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our hotel team located on New Airport Road near Toyota Motors, Lahore. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to applicants residing in or near the surrounding areas to facilitate easy commuting. Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and welcoming them warmly and professionally upon arrival. You will efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors. Handling guest inquiries is a critical part of the role, requiring you to provide accurate and helpful information about the hotel’s services and facilities.

Maintaining the reception area in a clean and organized manner is essential to uphold the hotel’s standards. You will also coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Additionally, managing phone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks will be part of your daily duties. Promptly addressing guest complaints and escalating issues to management when necessary is vital to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess basic communication skills in both English and Urdu to interact effectively with guests and team members. The ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work varying hours as per hotel requirements is necessary. While fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role will be considered an advantage.
