Job Summary
RFM SOL is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join their team on a night shift schedule. This full-time role is based at the company’s office in Gulberg III, Lahore, and centers on sales within the U.S. truck dispatch industry. Key Responsibilities
The Customer Sales Representative will primarily conduct outbound sales calls targeting trucking companies and owner-operators across the U.S. market. The role requires effectively promoting and selling dispatch services through persuasive and clear communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients is essential to foster ongoing business growth. The representative will be expected to consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, ensuring steady performance and contribution to company goals. Additionally, maintaining accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and sales conversions is a critical part of the role to support sales tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of six months to one year of experience in truck dispatch sales; however, freshers with relevant skills and a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply. Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated, able to work independently while driving sales results. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
