Job Summary
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s foremost real estate portal and a trailblazer in digitizing the property sector since 2006, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join its vibrant sales team. As part of the Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG), Zameen.com provides a comprehensive digital platform for buying, selling, renting, and investing in properties. The Telesales Representative will be instrumental in driving sales growth by proactively engaging potential and existing customers via outbound calls. This role involves promoting Zameen.com’s products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and efficiently closing sales over the phone, contributing directly to the company’s revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers using scripted dialogues to introduce and promote products and services.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and company policies.
- Employ targeted questioning techniques to assess customer needs and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Refer qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM or database system.
- Process orders with attention to detail and manage customer complaints professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Keep detailed logs of calls, sales activities, and relevant customer information for reporting and analysis.
- Consistently achieve or surpass daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is essential.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills to close deals efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems to manage customer interactions smoothly.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain high motivation in a target-driven environment.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to exceeding sales targets.
