Job Summary
Veclar Technologies, a reputable U.S.-based B2B partner since 2018, specializes in delivering customized digital solutions to real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada. We are currently seeking a committed Customer Relationship Associate to join our team full-time, working on-site. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting account growth. The successful candidate will work night shifts aligned with U.S./Canada time zones, collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to meet client expectations and drive satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. You will work alongside client managers to understand each client’s business goals and help develop tailored service solutions that meet their needs. Your role will include assisting with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth setup process and a positive initial experience.

Monitoring account activity to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling will be an important part of your responsibilities. You will address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM tools is essential to support effective account management.

You will generate regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and overall status to keep internal teams informed. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations departments will be key to fulfilling client expectations and contributing to overall business goals. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities will enable you to provide valuable strategic insights. Ultimately, your efforts will support team objectives related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 6 months and 2 years of experience in client services, account management, sales, or related B2B roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships are essential. You must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and be proficient with CRM platforms and client management tools.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset are critical, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Availability to work night shifts from 5:45 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., aligned with U.S./Canada time zones, is mandatory.
