Key Responsibilities
- Develop WordPress websites with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that UI/UX designs are implemented accurately and consistently throughout the development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on WordPress sites promptly, performing routine maintenance to guarantee optimal site performance and reliability.
- Utilize WooCommerce and its add-ons effectively to create and customize e-commerce functionalities tailored to project requirements.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth user experiences.
- Analyze business requirements thoroughly and provide expert recommendations on the best ways to implement them within the WordPress platform.
- Customize WordPress plugins to meet specific project needs, enhancing site functionality and user experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, demonstrating a strong grasp of the platform’s core architecture.
- At least 6 months of experience specifically in WordPress customization, showcasing the ability to tailor themes and plugins to client needs.
- Proficiency in WooCommerce and its various add-ons, with a proven track record of building and managing e-commerce websites.
- Solid knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug WordPress websites effectively, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into practical, technical WordPress solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with other website platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace is a valuable asset and will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
