We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team, specializing in the promotion and sale of Final Expense Insurance products. Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients via outbound calls to promote and sell Final Expense Insurance policies. You will need to qualify leads efficiently, using strategic communication and persuasive techniques to convert prospects into policyholders. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the insurance products is essential to confidently address client questions and concerns.
Achieving and surpassing monthly sales goals is critical in this competitive role. You will be expected to accurately document customer information and update CRM systems regularly to ensure data integrity. Collaboration with team leaders and active participation in ongoing training sessions are also key components of this position, helping you refine your product knowledge and sales approach continuously.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Exceptional command of the English language, both spoken and written, is mandatory, with A+ proficiency in communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is highly advantageous, as it equips you with the necessary skills to thrive in this role. The ability to work independently while maintaining focus on targets is essential. Additionally, candidates must be available to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours, ensuring coverage during peak calling times.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs150,000, reflecting performance and experience. We conduct walk-in interviews daily from 6 pm to 11 pm, providing a convenient opportunity for interested candidates to apply and discuss the role in person.
