Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans designed to attract new customers while retaining existing ones. Your efforts will focus on creating impactful branding strategies and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline platforms. You will also play a key role in coordinating sales and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align closely with the company’s overall business objectives and brand identity will be a primary responsibility. You will design and execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
A critical part of the role involves coordinating sales and marketing activities to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve optimal results. You will plan and manage trade marketing initiatives, including organizing and participating in trade shows, to boost brand awareness among applicators, retailers, and customers.
Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities will be essential to inform and adjust trade marketing strategies effectively. You will oversee the creation and production of trade marketing materials, ensuring all content is consistent with the company’s brand messaging and standards.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners—including individual sellers, businesses, and third-party service providers—will be key to expanding the company’s market presence. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing and overall marketing campaigns using data-driven insights, enabling continuous optimization and informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management is essential.
You should be skilled in designing and implementing trade marketing strategies and possess excellent market research, trend analysis, and competitor assessment capabilities. Experience in coordinating sales and marketing efforts to foster alignment and drive business objectives is required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance data to optimize initiatives is also expected.
Location and Employment Details
This is a full-time position based in New Garden Town, Lahore, requiring in-person attendance. The salary range for this role is Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month.
