Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Executive with 1-2 years of experience, specifically handling U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on managing order tracking and delivery operations efficiently. This role demands effective coordination with drivers, quick problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to address real-time issues while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients in the U.S. The position is based in Karachi and requires working night shifts, offering a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee route planning, load scheduling, and driver coordination to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication with U.S. clients and delivery drivers.
- Quickly resolve issues related to order tracking and delivery, managing real-time challenges effectively.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication in English to support seamless client interactions.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Chat Support Executive, preferably with exposure to the U.S. market.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics activities, including route planning and load scheduling.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure, especially during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment serving U.S.-based clients is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with delivery operations and managing driver schedules will be an advantage.
- This is a full-time position with office hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
- Work location is in PECHS Block 6, near Delhi Sweet, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
