Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Google and Social Media Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This role demands a blend of analytical expertise and creative insight to attract qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI through strategic ad placements and precise audience targeting. The specialist will oversee campaigns end-to-end—from planning and execution to tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization—ensuring sustained campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to shape effective campaign strategies. Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to produce engaging creatives and video ads tailored to each platform’s unique requirements and campaign objectives.
Work closely with the website design team to build and optimize landing pages that align with campaign goals and enhance user experience. Set up, monitor, and fine-tune conversion tracking using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other event tracking solutions to accurately measure campaign performance.
Execute A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. Analyze campaign data focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure consistent return on investment.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently by making data-driven decisions to scale successful campaigns and pause underperforming ones. Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to drive ongoing improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising policies, platform updates, industry trends, and tools to maintain compliance and optimize campaign efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure advertising strategies align with overall business objectives and customer journeys.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google and major social media platforms. Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and performance marketing principles is essential. Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion optimization through digital advertising.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms is required. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign strategies is crucial. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices is necessary to maintain competitive advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant credentials are highly desirable. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad, with a preference for candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate prior to starting work.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
