Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Finance will take ownership of several critical financial functions. A deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP B1 is essential to manage and streamline financial operations. The role involves leading the preparation and implementation of both monthly and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The candidate will conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing budgeted figures against actual financial outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports—including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements—is a core responsibility. The candidate’s background in a reputable Chartered Accountant firm will be leveraged to enhance financial processes and elevate reporting standards. Additionally, the Senior Manager Finance will develop monthly cash flow forecasts to support effective financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Leadership is a key aspect of this role, requiring the management, mentoring, and development of the finance team to maintain high performance and foster continuous professional growth. Advanced Excel skills will be utilized to create and automate management reports, improving efficiency and data accuracy. The role also includes overseeing bank and cash reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold an MBA degree along with professional accounting certifications such as ACCA or CPA. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a financial controller role or a similar capacity is required, demonstrating a strong track record in financial management and leadership.
