Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Lahore, Johar Town. This full-time, in-person hybrid role combines the responsibilities of sourcing and hiring top technical talent with supporting core HR operations and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles while efficiently handling essential HR tasks to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment:
You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions including Software Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps professionals. Working closely with department heads, you will define job roles and candidate profiles to align hiring needs with organizational goals. Your sourcing strategies will include leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels to attract qualified candidates. You will conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical competencies and cultural fit. Managing interview schedules and gathering feedback from stakeholders will be critical to maintaining an efficient process. Additionally, you will maintain a robust pipeline of potential hires and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment journey. Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating smooth onboarding will also be key parts of your role.
HR Operations & Payroll:
In addition to recruitment, you will assist in maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases. Managing attendance and leave records through the HRMS system will be part of your daily tasks. You will support the monthly payroll process by collecting and reconciling data, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Handling employee documentation such as confirmations and contract renewals will also fall under your responsibilities. You will manage HR communications and internal notices, ensuring that all activities comply with labor laws and company policies. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth HR operations and fostering a compliant workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, HR operations, or payroll management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical hiring processes.
- Proficiency with HRMS/payroll software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
