We are looking for a skilled WordPress and Frontend Developer with a strong design sensibility and a focus on delivering excellent user experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites using WordPress, working with builders such as Elementor and Gutenberg. In addition to WordPress development, this role involves building custom frontend interfaces using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and NextJS as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites to meet project requirements. - Customize themes and plugins to tailor functionality and appearance. - Develop standalone frontend websites and components using React. - Collaborate closely with designers to implement clean, responsive UI/UX designs. - Select and integrate appropriate themes, templates, and stock images creatively. - Ensure websites meet performance, speed, and SEO standards for optimal user engagement. **Required Qualifications** - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Expertise in Elementor and other front-end page builders. - Strong experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins. - Proficiency with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPTs). - Solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. - Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques and WordPress best practices. - Experience with frontend development frameworks and tools such as NextJS, WooCommerce customization, REST API integration, Git/version control, SEO principles, and accessibility standards is a plus. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lahore, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary range is Rs 60,000 to Rs 80,000. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office located at DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, Lahore, or be willing to relocate prior to starting work. Applicants should have at least 3 years of WordPress development experience and 2 years of front-end development experience. This role requires in-person attendance to foster effective collaboration within the team and with design partners.
