Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, responding promptly and professionally. You will identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services tailored to their needs. When applicable, you will upsell or cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value.
Accurate processing of orders, applications, and sales transactions through CRM software is essential. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing structures, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) is a critical aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for efficiently resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Documenting all call details and customer interactions in the CRM system is required to maintain comprehensive records. Collaboration with team members and management is encouraged to continuously improve sales processes and overall team performance.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs75,000.
