Job Summary
Al-Shams Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a renowned provider of tutorship services, specializing in Quranic education alongside academic subjects for foreign students. We are currently looking for a dedicated female Quran Teacher to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. The successful candidate will conduct Quranic lessons for international students during night shifts, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
The primary role involves teaching Quranic education, including Translation and Tafseer, to students from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for regularly monitoring and assessing each student’s progress, maintaining detailed records to track their development effectively. A key aspect of the role is instructing students in Quran recitation, emphasizing the correct application of Tajweed rules to enhance their pronunciation and understanding.

To foster a dynamic learning environment, you will employ various teaching methods tailored to improve student comprehension and engagement. Additionally, you will utilize computer-based resources and digital tools to enrich lessons and make learning more interactive and accessible for students studying remotely.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Dars-e-Nizami certification (Aalima) and demonstrate proficiency in Qira'at and Tajweed. Strong communication skills are essential, with fluency in both spoken and written English to effectively interact with international students. The role requires the ability to work night shifts from the office, specifically from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, so candidates must be comfortable with this schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Possession of a Hafiz-e-Quran certification is highly desirable and considered an advantage. We offer a competitive basic salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs27,000, complemented by performance-based incentives and a transport allowance to support your commute.
