Key Responsibilities
The role involves conducting outbound phone calls to introduce and brief potential customers about various real estate projects. You will be responsible for performing comparative market analyses to provide accurate property value estimates, helping clients make informed decisions. Scheduling appointments and coordinating site visits for interested buyers will be a key part of your duties, ensuring a smooth and engaging client experience.
Maintaining consistent follow-ups with leads is essential to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients. You will be expected to document all call details, lead information, and updates accurately within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and tracking. Additionally, providing clients with relevant information about properties, current market trends, and company services will support their decision-making process and build trust.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree will be considered an advantage. A minimum of six months’ experience in the real estate industry is required to ensure familiarity with market dynamics and client interactions. The ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills is crucial for success in this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Scheme 33. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 90,000 per month, complemented by attractive commission opportunities that reward performance.
