Job Summary
Aptech Learning’s North Karachi Center is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Faculty Member to join their educational team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction in computer science-related subjects. The working hours are flexible, with shifts available from 9 am to 5 pm or 1 pm to 9 pm. Ideal candidates are those who have a passion for teaching and a solid technical background. Fresh graduates and students awaiting their final results are encouraged to apply. However, part-time candidates are generally not preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Faculty Member is to provide effective and engaging instruction in areas such as computer programming, web designing, and database management. The role requires using up-to-date development tools and frameworks to enrich the learning experience and keep students aligned with current industry standards. Preparing detailed lesson plans and teaching materials that correspond with the curriculum is essential. Additionally, the faculty member must actively engage and motivate students to help them achieve academic success. Maintaining a positive, clean, and hygienic classroom environment that supports learning is also a key part of the job.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. A strong foundational knowledge of computer programming, web design, and database systems is necessary. Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks is also important to effectively teach and demonstrate practical applications. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring students grasp the material thoroughly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
