Barasti Club is looking for a responsible and energetic Pool Boy to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, managing towels and poolside furniture, and ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This position demands physical fitness to comfortably work outdoors in various weather conditions and requires a basic understanding of pool maintenance. Candidates must be available for full-time work and either reside in Islamabad or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
The Pool Boy will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the pool and its surrounding areas, ensuring a pristine and inviting environment for guests. This includes regular cleaning tasks and upkeep of the poolside space. Managing the distribution and collection of towels is another important duty, requiring attention to detail and organization to meet guest needs efficiently.

In addition, the role involves arranging and maintaining poolside furniture in an orderly and aesthetically pleasing manner. The Pool Boy must also strictly adhere to safety protocols to guarantee a secure environment for all visitors, actively monitoring the area to prevent accidents or hazards. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, so physical stamina and reliability are essential to perform these duties effectively.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience working as a Pool Boy or in a similar role, demonstrating familiarity with pool maintenance and safety procedures. Physical fitness is crucial, as the job involves manual labor and exposure to different weather elements. The candidate must be able to commute reliably to Islamabad or be willing to relocate, with employer support available for relocation if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position based at Barasti Club, located on the rooftop of Kazani Heights, Soan Garden, Islamabad. The monthly salary offered ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs25,000, reflecting the responsibilities and experience required. For candidates willing to relocate to Islamabad, the employer provides a relocation package to assist with the move.
