Designer Upseller

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Designer Upseller to join our Design Unit at our Karachi office. This full-time role operates during the night shift and demands a motivated professional who can consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design upselling, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and surpass a sales target of $10,000.
- Engage directly with clients to showcase design solutions and upsell relevant products or services that meet their needs.
- Apply strong negotiation skills to successfully close sales and maximize revenue.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt effectively to the night shift schedule, maintaining high energy and performance levels throughout.
- Work independently with a results-oriented mindset, taking ownership of targets and contributing to overall company goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in upselling or sales, preferably within the design industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Solid understanding of design upselling techniques and relevant product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging clients and articulating value propositions clearly.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure deals efficiently.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results without constant supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, especially during night shifts, maintaining focus and productivity.
