Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Saddar, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring efficient handling of each interaction.

- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and effectively.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update records as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals and performance targets.
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules with consistent attendance and punctuality to support business operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: Intermediate (equivalent to high school completion).
- Open to fresh candidates as well as those with up to one year of experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills in relevant languages, enabling clear and professional interaction with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with call center software and data entry.
