Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding process and conducting new employee orientations to ensure seamless integration into the company. Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns, internal announcements, and employee recognition posts will be a significant part of your role, helping to attract and retain talent while boosting employee morale. Maintaining and updating employee records, including attendance and leave tracking, will be essential to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Efficient management of meetings, appointments, and calendars for team members or executives will be expected to support smooth daily operations. You will also assist managers during employee evaluations and feedback sessions, providing necessary administrative support to facilitate constructive performance discussions. Handling employee resignations and terminations with professionalism and sensitivity is another critical responsibility.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Johar Town office, conveniently located opposite Emporium Mall, Lahore. We offer a competitive salary package of up to Rs. 50,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
