CG (Computer Graphics) Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative CG Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality computer-generated imagery, including 2D assets, visual effects, environments, and still graphics. Key Responsibilities
As a CG Designer, you will create 2D models primarily for product visualization, ensuring that each asset aligns with the project’s creative vision. You will work closely with clients, concept artists, and technical managers to capture and refine the desired look and feel of each project. Collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team is essential to meet production deadlines and achieve creative goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing assets to maintain an ideal balance between performance and visual quality, tailored to specific platform requirements. Active participation in feedback sessions is expected, with a commitment to iterating on designs based on input from both the team and clients to ensure the highest standards are met.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a CG Designer or in a similar role, demonstrating a solid track record of producing high-quality CG assets. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential. A strong understanding of texturing tools is required to create detailed and realistic visuals. Familiarity with motion graphics tools will be considered an advantage, enhancing your ability to contribute to diverse projects. A solid grasp of design philosophy and dynamics is crucial for creating visually appealing and effective imagery. Time management skills are important, as you will be handling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory to demonstrate your capabilities and style.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. This role operates on an evening shift schedule, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and requires full-time, in-person attendance at the work location. Candidates should be prepared to work during these hours and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
