Graphic Designer / Storyboard Artist

Job Summary
Unikrew Production, a well-established leader in digital content creation with over nine years of industry experience, is looking to hire a talented Graphic Designer / Storyboard Artist to join its creative team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi. The company excels in producing bite-sized videos, animations, explainer content, corporate branding, and e-learning solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing visually engaging storyboards for commercials, animations, and educational projects, collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure a unified and impactful visual narrative.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed and engaging storyboards derived from scripts and creative briefs, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
- Work in close collaboration with the Creative Director and other team members to maintain a consistent visual direction aligned with project goals.
- Uphold visual style consistency and storytelling quality across all assigned projects to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
- Effectively communicate visual concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth project execution.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance creative output and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality or creativity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Arts, Animation, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and storyboard development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong foundation in typography, anatomy, and visual concept development to create compelling and accurate designs.
- Good understanding of production workflows and the collaborative nature of creative projects.
- Excellent communication skills paired with effective time management to handle deadlines and project priorities efficiently.
