Job Summary
Sigi Technologies is looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join their Lahore office in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to spearhead AI-powered marketing and outbound lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance marketing, AI automation, and multi-channel lead generation strategies. You will be responsible for designing and executing digital campaigns, building automated outreach workflows, and converting prospects into qualified leads by combining creativity with advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities
You will leverage AI-driven tools such as Clay, Apollo.io, Lemlist, and Phantombuster to create and automate outbound lead generation campaigns. A key part of your role will be identifying and engaging with C-level executives and other key decision-makers through personalized outreach across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and email.
Setting up, optimizing, and scaling AI-powered workflows and sequences to improve outreach efficiency and follow-up processes will be essential. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to configure AI tools for automation and refine messaging strategies to maximize impact.
Managing paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads will be a core responsibility, aimed at generating leads and retargeting audiences effectively. Additionally, you will develop and implement SEO and content marketing strategies to boost organic traffic.
Overseeing email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows will help maintain engagement and improve conversion rates. You will analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, open rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), using these insights to continuously refine strategies.
Conducting A/B testing on messaging, calls to action, and landing pages will be part of your optimization efforts. Maintaining CRM data integrity and ensuring efficient lead funnel management are also critical to success in this role. Staying updated on the latest AI tools, marketing automation trends, and industry best practices will keep your strategies cutting-edge.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing roles. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields (such as MBA, BBA, BCom, BSc, or BA) is required.
Proven expertise with AI-driven outbound tools and cold outreach automation platforms is essential. A strong understanding of modern lead generation workflows and digital marketing funnels is expected. Candidates should demonstrate success managing multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid ads, social media, and SEO.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, data-driven, and capable of independently managing multiple tools and campaigns simultaneously.
