Job Summary

We are currently looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our team on a night shift schedule. This hybrid role involves working two days on-site and four days remotely, providing flexibility while engaging with both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 2 years of experience in ERP sales and a strong ambition to contribute to our growing market presence.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for our ERP software solutions. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to potential clients, helping them understand the value and benefits of our offerings. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers is essential to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
You will analyze client needs carefully and provide customized ERP recommendations that align with their business requirements. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is vital to refine customer engagement strategies and support overall sales goals. Additionally, maintaining detailed sales records and submitting weekly performance reports to management will be part of your routine to track progress and inform decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A proven track record of 1 to 2 years in ERP software sales is required, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to succeed in this role.
We seek a self-starter with a results-driven mindset who can work independently while managing a hybrid work setup. Comfort with night shift hours is necessary to align with our operational requirements. Proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate smooth communication with our diverse client base.
