We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is creative, self-motivated, and experienced in the dynamic e-commerce space. This role plays a vital part in shaping the visual identity of our brands and optimizing graphic assets to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative design concepts across multiple projects, including Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, storefront designs, website user interfaces, and product packaging. Conduct comprehensive creative research to stay current with emerging design trends and draw inspiration from competitors and industry leaders.
Optimize graphic designs specifically for Amazon, ensuring visuals effectively communicate product features and brand identity to maximize conversions. Collaborate closely with marketing, brand management, and design teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
Create detailed visual content such as illustrations, infographics, and digital assets for platforms including Amazon, social media, and websites. Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Lead brainstorming sessions and present innovative design ideas to management and cross-functional teams. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers to maintain high design standards and foster professional growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Three to five years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role within e-commerce or digital marketing environments. Proven success in creating high-converting graphic content for Amazon, including product listing images, A+ content, and storefront designs.
A strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design experience, particularly on Amazon, Walmart, or comparable platforms. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Canva.
In-depth understanding of design principles, styles, and best practices tailored for e-commerce and digital marketing. Strong branding skills with the ability to create designs that authentically reflect a brand’s personality and values.

We offer competitive compensation along with the flexibility of remote work. Employees receive 10 local paid holidays and 10 paid days off annually, plus quarterly performance bonuses. Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
