Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented Inbound Sales Agents to join our energetic team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and prior experience managing U.S.-based inbound sales campaigns. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site, as remote work is not available for this position. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus commission, rewarding performance and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for incoming client calls. You are expected to handle these interactions professionally, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and confidence. Engaging clients effectively through thoughtful questioning and active listening will help you fully understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will provide detailed information about our services and confidently address any client inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Managing client relationships from the initial contact through to the successful completion of their requests is essential to delivering a seamless experience.

Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to guarantee smooth service delivery. You will also be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Maintaining accurate client records, including feedback and communication details, is important for ongoing relationship management. Additionally, you will track and report key performance indicators such as call volume, conversion rates, and overall sales performance to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong communication skills with fluent spoken English. The ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones is mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience in handling U.S. inbound sales campaigns is required.

You should be confident and persuasive, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Being a team player with a customer-first mindset is essential to thrive in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in BPO, sales, or call center environments is highly desirable, as it equips candidates with relevant skills and familiarity with fast-paced sales settings. Strong sales closing techniques and the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations will set you apart.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary from Rs45,000 per month, complemented by commission opportunities. The expected start date for this role is June 23, 2025.
