Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is actively seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), both male and female, to join our in-house international campaign operating on a night shift schedule. This role requires candidates with excellent communication skills who are confident in engaging potential customers over the phone to effectively present our products and services. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s rapid and sustainable growth by helping to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time position, with transportation provided exclusively for female employees to ensure their convenience and safety.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through clear and persuasive communication with potential customers. You will present and demonstrate our products and services in a compelling manner to prospective clients, aiming to close sales and consistently achieve or surpass assigned targets. Maintaining a strong understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques is essential to succeed in this role. You will be expected to adopt a self-motivated, results-driven approach, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals to contribute effectively to the team’s overall performance.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with an international customer base. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport and trust with potential clients. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies is important, as is a genuine passion for sales and customer engagement. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time role offers a competitive basic salary of PKR 60,000, complemented by an attractive bonus structure that can increase total earnings up to PKR 1,000,000. Performance incentives are provided daily, weekly, and monthly to reward your dedication and success.
