Job Summary
IPS Pakistan is actively seeking motivated Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join its growing team dedicated to supporting MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) clients. This role is perfectly suited for persuasive communicators with a strong passion for sales who excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. The primary focus is engaging with U.S.-based healthcare clients to promote and sell MIPS services, playing a vital role in expanding the company’s footprint within the healthcare revenue cycle management sector. The position is based in Lahore and requires working evening to early morning hours to align with U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to generate high-quality leads specifically for MIPS services, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage directly with U.S.-based healthcare clients to convert leads into viable sales opportunities, demonstrating strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of MIPS services, including the ability to upsell additional related services that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all sales activities using internal CRM tools and reporting sheets to track progress and outcomes effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential to effectively engage with U.S. clients and present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in data management tools, including MS Office applications and Google Sheets, to handle reporting and client data efficiently.
- A strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating persistence and resilience in a competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in U.S. healthcare sales or familiarity with the MIPS program is highly desirable, as it will enable quicker adaptation and better client engagement.
- This is a full-time, in-person position located at the company’s office in Gulberg III, Lahore, providing a professional work environment and opportunities for collaboration.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, reflecting experience and performance.
- Working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time, designed to synchronize with U.S. business hours and facilitate real-time communication with clients.
