Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Computer Operator with strong expertise in Microsoft Office and advanced editing skills, particularly in Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing computer systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the operations team through various document management and editing tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth system performance and delivering high-quality outputs. The starting salary for this position is PKR 40,000, with potential adjustments based on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities
The Computer Operator will be tasked with operating and maintaining computer systems to ensure consistent and efficient performance. This includes organizing and managing files, documents, and databases using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The role involves creating, editing, and formatting documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in accordance with company standards.

Additionally, the candidate will perform image editing and graphic design duties using Adobe Photoshop. Prompt identification and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues are essential to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adhering to security protocols is a critical part of the role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have prior experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar technical capacity. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—is mandatory. The ability to conduct research using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini AI is also required.

Advanced photo editing skills, especially with Adobe Photoshop, are essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Technical competence in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues is important to ensure uninterrupted operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively within the team and across departments. Candidates must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Certifications related to computer operations or relevant technical fields will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Proficiency in additional graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is highly desirable, enhancing the candidate’s ability to contribute creatively. Knowledge of database management and experience with data entry tasks will be considered a plus.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
