Job Summary

The Senior Microsoft Consultant will engage directly with enterprise clients, managing complex projects focused on Microsoft cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires a blend of technical consulting, advanced support, and exceptional customer service to ensure the optimal design, deployment, and troubleshooting of Microsoft infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer implementations and migrations within Microsoft cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Azure and operational automation. Perform hands-on Azure tasks such as Azure Site Recovery (ASR), Azure Migrate, Lift & Shift migrations, and planning and executing IaaS/PaaS migrations. Support and administer core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange (both on-premises and online), Teams, Intune, Defender stack, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Drive workload migrations from on-premises data centers to Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud platforms. Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures. Oversee device management, application deployment, co-management, and enforce security policies using Intune. Configure and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot, device profiles, compliance policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and application deployment across diverse client environments.

Serve as the primary client-facing consultant, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions aligned with customer needs. Work extensively with hybrid cloud solutions, integrating Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Office 365 platforms. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and translating them into scalable Microsoft solutions. Mentor team members and provide technical training to clients to empower them in managing and optimizing their IT environments. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Solution Architects to validate technical approaches, scope, and effort estimations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 9 to 10 years of comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies, security stacks, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Proficiency in mobile operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android is essential. Demonstrated expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations, along with deployment and management of Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and Intune solutions, is required.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues are critical. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently is also essential.
