Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Cold Calling Agents to join our growing sales team, specializing in digital marketing and SEO services targeted primarily at U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering weekends off. The role is highly performance-driven and includes a comprehensive three-day paid training program to provide you with in-depth product knowledge and effective sales techniques. As a Cold Calling Agent, you will be instrumental in generating leads and closing sales, directly impacting the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential business clients across the U.S., presenting and promoting our SEO and digital marketing services in a compelling manner. Identifying client needs and scheduling follow-up or demonstration calls will be a critical part of your role. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and leads in the CRM system is essential to ensure smooth lead management. Collaboration with the digital marketing team to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers is expected. Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets will be a key measure of your success.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within the SEO or digital marketing sector. Fluency in spoken English, combined with strong communication and persuasive skills, is mandatory. A robust sales mindset with the confidence to handle objections effectively is crucial. Applicants must hold at least an intermediate or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Additionally, a minimum of one year’s experience working in a call center environment is required to ensure familiarity with sales processes and client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to Rs. 45,000, with top performers earning up to Rs. 100,000 plus attractive commissions.
