Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Career Counsellor to support students interested in pursuing higher education abroad. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students by providing detailed and personalized information about international study opportunities. This includes advising on various courses, universities, and countries, helping students navigate their options with confidence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counseling to students exploring study abroad options, tailoring advice to align with their individual interests, academic goals, and career aspirations.
- Manage and assist walk-in students seeking guidance on international education destinations, ensuring each student receives attentive and relevant support.
- Deliver comprehensive information about a wide range of courses, universities, and countries, helping students gain a clear understanding of their study abroad possibilities.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from students regarding overseas education, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with faculty members, administrative staff, and colleagues to support the institution’s objectives and enhance the counseling process.
- Ensure smooth communication channels with students and team members, facilitating an efficient and effective counseling experience.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, is essential for this role.
- At least two years of relevant experience in student counseling, with a focus on international education, is required.
