Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with a minimum of one year’s experience who is passionate about crafting innovative and visually compelling websites. In this role, you will work closely with UI/UX designers to bring creative concepts to life, focusing on delivering meaningful user experiences and attractive layouts through Webflow. Success in this position hinges on strong leadership and teamwork abilities, combined with a deep commitment to user-centered design principles. You should naturally empathize with user challenges and be dedicated to continuously enhancing websites to improve functionality, engagement, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with UI/UX designers to accurately translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow websites. You will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable components within the Webflow environment. Meeting project deadlines while upholding high-quality standards is essential. You will coordinate closely with team members to ensure smooth task management and timely delivery.

Applying user-centered design principles is critical to improving website usability and visual appeal. Additionally, you will integrate API services and third-party platforms when necessary to extend the functionality of websites and deliver richer user experiences.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of professional experience as a Webflow Developer. You should have a proven track record of building a minimum of five websites or landing pages using Webflow. A solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is required, along with hands-on experience applying these skills in real projects.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills are vital, as you will often act as a reliable point of contact for both clients and internal team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to clearly convey ideas, provide project updates, and facilitate teamwork. A problem-solving mindset combined with empathy for user and client needs will help you succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with API integration and working with third-party platforms is highly desirable.
