Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to take full ownership of our financial processes. This role is perfect for a dedicated finance professional who values accuracy, compliance, and insightful financial analysis. As a crucial member of our team, you will drive sound financial management and support strategic decision-making, ensuring the organization’s financial health and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring data integrity at all times. Preparing comprehensive financial reports and statements for both internal management and external stakeholders will be a key part of your role. You will oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Managing cash flow, budgeting, and cost control will be essential to optimize the company’s financial performance. You will also ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and tax regulations, keeping the organization aligned with legal standards. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and reporting support to management, enabling informed and strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective email communication skills are essential. Experience with accounting systems and meticulous record-keeping is required to maintain accuracy and reliability in financial data.

We are seeking candidates ideally in their mid-30s, reflecting the experience and maturity necessary for this role. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical to succeed in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms is highly desirable. The ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information is important.
