Job Summary
Rankviz is seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our onsite team at College Road, Lahore. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and requires working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The successful candidate will play a vital role in bringing creative ideas to life through impactful and visually engaging designs. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Rankviz, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visual designs that resonate with target audiences. Your work will span client projects and in-house branding initiatives, including the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital assets tailored for various platforms.

You will develop brand visuals such as logos, brand identity elements, and comprehensive design systems that align with client or company objectives. Creating engaging social media content—ranging from posts and carousels to infographics and ad creatives—will be a key part of your role.

Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with marketing, content, and project management teams to ensure visual consistency and creative alignment across all outputs. Staying updated on visual communication principles, current design trends, and brand aesthetics will be crucial to maintaining high-quality work.

Additionally, you will be expected to manage multiple design tasks efficiently, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain a high standard of quality in every project you undertake.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is essential.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to support web and digital design requirements.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work, including branding, social media, and promotional materials.
- Solid grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.
