Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell Mars BPO’s services. You will need to understand customer needs thoroughly and recommend products or services that best fit those needs. Consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is critical to success in this role.

You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress using the company’s systems. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support is essential. Collaboration with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance will be part of your routine. Additionally, you must adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all sales practices.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, enabling them to engage customers confidently and effectively. A strong sales aptitude is necessary, along with the ability to handle rejections and objections positively and professionally. Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems. Since the role involves night shifts, a willingness to work during these hours is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While prior experience in sales or outbound calling is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates with at least one year of experience in BPO or call center environments will be preferred. This full-time position is based at Mars BPO, located on the 2nd Floor of Ramzan Plaza, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Punjab. We provide a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month, along with additional perks.
