Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and engaging potential clients. This position demands a proactive approach to customer relationship management, ensuring that all client issues are handled with full ownership from initial contact through to resolution. Delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and updating a comprehensive customer database to identify and forecast sales opportunities among untapped clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets by actively sourcing and engaging new potential clients.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution from start to finish.
- Provide standardized and prompt solutions to client queries, maintaining high service quality.
- Foster excellent customer engagement to enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction.
- Regularly update and manage the customer database, using it to forecast sales potential and identify opportunities within untapped client segments.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- At least one year of relevant sales experience, including both outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients.
- Proven experience in handling calls and managing client interactions effectively over the phone.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of Rs37,000.
