Job Summary
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join a leading client’s team. This role demands a seasoned professional who can lead technical initiatives across multiple projects and clients, delivering customized solutions that address immediate client needs while aligning with long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to best practices, modern development methodologies, security standards, and performance optimization across both backend and frontend development. This position involves hands-on coding, architectural reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and close collaboration with product delivery managers and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive technical initiatives spanning various projects and clients, ensuring solutions are tailored to client requirements and aligned with both short-term and long-term objectives. Implement and uphold best practices, modern development methodologies, and security protocols while optimizing performance for backend and frontend systems. Apply critical thinking to make pragmatic, high-impact technical decisions that benefit project outcomes.
Mentor and guide development teams across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Actively participate in coding, architectural reviews, and technical troubleshooting to maintain high-quality deliverables. Collaborate closely with US-based Product Delivery Managers and client stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project delivery.
Lead solution design, documentation, and planning sessions to establish clear technical direction. Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, taking timely and appropriate action to mitigate issues and enhance project success.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in .NET Framework/Core development within structured, best-practice-driven environments is essential. Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture are critical for this role. Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is required to streamline development and deployment processes.
Advanced skills in relational database design, optimization, and management are necessary to support robust backend systems. Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly Angular and React, is expected to ensure seamless full-stack development. Proven success in working directly with clients to understand their needs and shape effective technical solutions is a must.
Prior experience leading and mentoring technical teams is essential to foster growth and maintain high standards. Exceptional critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities will enable the candidate to navigate complex challenges effectively. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—are required to engage diverse stakeholders and drive collaboration. The ability to anticipate needs and risks, demonstrating strong initiative, is vital for success.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Within the first three months, the successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals, challenges, and technical landscape. Establishing credibility and trust with internal teams and client stakeholders through consistent delivery and leadership will be critical. Leading development efforts that uphold high technical standards while driving client success is expected.
Additionally, the candidate should identify and present at least two strategic improvement opportunities—whether technical, architectural, or process-related. Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team will be a key measure of success.
